We also appreciate that Parkinson’s can affect different people in different ways and each individual’s needs can change over time. Our team take particular care in listening and learning from each individual and their families about how the condition affects them, from before they arrive in their new home and regularly thereafter.
We understand the importance of person-centred care which is tailored to each individual, their needs and preferences. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, coordinated care to each resident to ensure their wishes are supported and respected and that they are not defined by their condition. We encourage our residents to be independent when they are able, whilst being on hand to offer additional help in a dignified and respectful manner when required.
